About the Role
BJSS is looking to add a Systems Administrator to the Leeds office on a 6 month fixed term contract.
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for someone who is looking to work in a fast-paced technology consultancy environment. You will be part of an established Systems team with extensive internal stakeholder engagement.
Reporting to the Senior System Administrator key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the system (Kantata/Salesforce) and data
- Provide 3rd line support for the ticketing system
- Close down leavers
- Working with the Sales, Client and Delivery operation teams to set up data
- Project Activations
- Timesheet code enablement and maintenance
- Management of companywide reporting and access
- Timesheet chasing
- User Acceptance Testing for system release and upgrades
About You

This opportunity demands an ambitious individual who has a passion for IT Systems / Software, is quick to learn with strong attention to detail, and able to deliver right-first-time results.
It is imperative that you are deadline focused and willing to put in the effort required to ensure deadlines are always met. You will be naturally motivated and focused and have the ability to manage your own workload.
You will have good interpersonal skills, be able to work well within the team, and communicate effectively.
You will focus on relationships and have great attention to detail in your work.
Qualifications and Skills
- System admin/helpdesk background and knowledge
- Microsoft Office - Excellent Excel skills
- Kantata/Salesforce knowledge - ideal not essential
