Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert support for finance systems, resolving issues and managing system integrations.
- Develop and maintain financial models, reporting tools, and planning systems, including Oracle EPBCS.
- Drive improvements and automation across finance systems, processes, and reporting.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to inform business decision-making.
- Lead finance system projects and provide technical financial guidance to stakeholders across the business.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA).
- Experience in financial systems, financial modelling, and commercial or analytical finance roles.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to develop and maintain complex financial models.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and continuous improvement skills, with the ability to identify and implement efficiencies.
- Highly skilled in communication and stakeholder engagement, with a proven ability to influence senior leaders and convey complex financial matters clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
To ensure continuity and an effective delivery of service, successful candidates will be required to commit to a minimum 14-month period in role after achieving competence. This also includes existing colleagues who move by internal promotions and transfers.
