THE ROLE:
The person hired for the analyst position will be mainly responsible for working with the corporate client department (CIB).
The tasks of this person will include:
- collecting business requirements from the customer (CIB)
- documentation analysis
- creation of user stories
- support in creating business processes
- support of tests of the created solutions
- creation of user documentation for created APIs
- validation of production implementations
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Analyzing and gathering customer requirements
- Discovering business needs,
- Experienc with analyzing and managing processes
- Cooperation with dev and test teams
- Creation of documentation
- BPMN/UML notification – creation of business processes (Enterprise Architect, Camunda modeller)
- JIRA – user stories and tasks
- RabbitMQ – basic knowledge
- PostgreSQL - basic knowledge – simply SQL queries
- Rest APIs – knowledge of JSON structure
- Language – polish, english + spanish (nice to have)
Nice to have:
- Kafka – basic knowledge
- Confluence
- Miro tables
- Knowledge of payment processes
