What We Do
smartQare develops continuous patient-monitoring solutions for care across hospitals, the transition from hospital to home, and patients' homes. Its approach replaces intermittent spot checks and multiple devices with real-time monitoring that turns vital-sign data into trends and notifications for care teams. By integrating with existing clinical information systems and EHRs, the company aims to help caregivers recognize health changes sooner, make informed decisions, work more efficiently, and deliver timely care.
