About the team:
Our operations team handles all operational work related to hosted clients. Monitoring, doing analysis of application, jobs failures, providing the solutions, maintaining the defined SLAs, Handling MS Azure based clients are the key works. Application upgrades, DR exercise, maintain clients data, follow the FIS compliance procedures, provide support in 3 shift.
What you will be doing:
You will work within a Global Team to ensure production environments, availability and compliance across all Environments, define monitors and alerts across platforms, and ensure regular tuning and review.
Additionally, you will manage application releases into all Production Environments according to the Change Management process.
Your main tasks will be maintaining and improving the Information Security, providing day to day technical support for network infrastructure and desktop system software and hardware. This is to ensure proper operation on technology applications and equipment for the Capital Markets and our large financial institution clients.
You will be exposed to a Broad cross-section of the financial industry and will gain in depth knowledge of Exchange Technologies and Markets.
Added to that, you will:

Deploy product upgrades/patches on the clients Production environment

Perform root cause analysis for production issues
-
Coordinate between different teams during a production incident / Client On-Boarding
-
Design procedures for implementation, system troubleshooting and maintenance.

Develop scripts to automate repetitive tasks, issues resolution scripting
-
Require weekend availability for frequent changes on the system
What you bring:

Experience with Linux / Docker.
-
Cloud skills Azure /AWS
-
Experienced 3rd party tools Management
-
Knowledge of CRM (SNOW/Jira/Salesforce etc.…)
-
Worked on/with System and Application Monitoring tool.
-
Good knowledge of bitbucket, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipeline
-
Good Experience in SQL and shell scripting
-
Terraform knowledge is good to have.
