The Role
Installs, deploys, maintains, supports, and troubleshoots server and network infrastructure. Provides technical planning and support for internet, intranet, websites, applications, systems, and hardware. Liaises with users and vendors, maintains network performance, resolves incidents, prepares documentation, and provides on-call, emergency, onsite, and shift support.

Requirements
- University degree in electrical/electronic or computer engineering/computer science or related discipline
- Over 5 years’ relevant working experience in network administration and support
- Hands-on experience in Switch, Router, IPS/IDS, Firewall, Load Balancer, network monitoring and troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Suites, Red Hat Linux, NetApp storage and TCP/IP in LAN/WAN network environment
- Willing to work occasionally on evening and holiday shift duties for supporting operation
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Senior Specialist (Network Infrastructure)
Skills Required
- University degree in electrical/electronic engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related discipline
- Over 5 years of relevant experience in network administration and support
- Hands-on experience with switches, routers, IPS/IDS, firewalls, load balancers, network monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Red Hat Linux, NetApp storage, and TCP/IP in LAN/WAN environments
- Willingness to work occasional evening and holiday shifts
