To make it happen, you will work closely with the top experts in the specification and implementation units.

You will:
- Gain expertise in signal processing and radio access technologies
- Learn the full algorithm development process
- Assess link-level performance and measurements
- Your focus may include:
- L1 algorithm design, simulation, and optimization
- Writing L1 specifications and fix-point validation
- Supporting implementation teams on algorithm issues
- Defining L1 architecture for Baseband and massive MIMO, including hardware/software partitioning
You have:
- Expertise in LTE/5G physical layer (3GPP 36/38)
- Strong background in signal processing & communication theory
- 5+ years in algorithm design & simulation
- Proficiency in Matlab & wireless system modeling
- Problem-solving, networking, and fluent English
- Master’s+ in telecom, engineering, or related fields
It would be nice if you also have:
- Knowledge of Radio Resource Management (RRM) design and implementation principles
- Understanding of 3GPP standardization processes and forums
- Expertise in DSP/FPGA development
