M9 Solutions is seeking a System Integration/Test Engineer to work on a government contract for a client located in Colorado Springs, CO. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development of IT solutions across all components of software systems through design, integration, implementation, and support.
- Coordinate, develop, and integrate new systems in both physical and virtualized environments.
- Develop and install upgrades to existing systems.
- Develop scripts to improve system administration and deployment automation.
- Provide solutions to a wide range of difficult problems with imaginative and thorough solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide support across the information system.
- Work under general direction and results are reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.
- Frequent internal and external customer contacts representing the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or applied science degree with 5 years of experience; or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience.
- Experience with supporting Windows operating systems.
- COTS software deployment experience.
- Experience writing scripts.
- Familiarity with automation tools / scripting.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting (ability to read/understand existing scripts).
- Strong understanding and application of cybersecurity practices.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and principles.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills.
