Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Engineer to join our Authentication Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our cloud-based authentication services, ensuring seamless integration and security across various platforms. This role requires expertise in Entra Role Management, Entra ID Configuration for Hybrid Environments, and other key areas.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and maintain cloud-based authentication infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and security across hybrid environments.
- Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) for hybrid identity scenarios, including synchronization, federation, and conditional access policies.
- Implement and govern Entra Role Management, including role assignments, access reviews, and privileged identity management (PIM).
- Collaborate with IAM architects and security teams to define and enforce identity governance and access control policies.
- Monitor and optimize authentication services, proactively identifying and resolving performance or security issues.
- Support incident response and root cause analysis for authentication-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Stay current with industry trends and Microsoft cloud identity services, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
Who we are looking for
- 3-5 years of related work experience.
- Proven experience in Microsoft cloud engineering, with a focus on authentication services and EntraID as Identity Provider.
- Strong knowledge of Entra ID, and related technologies.
- Experience with multi-factor authentication, self-service password reset, and Fido2 authentication.
- Familiarity with conditional access policies and hybrid identity configurations.
- Proficiency in English (listening, writing, speaking).

- Capable of collaborating effectively within a globally distributed virtual team
