Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business and technical requirements into robust fintech solutions, including digital lending, payment processing, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing financial systems and identify gaps against strategic business objectives.
- Recommend, lead, and implement workflow improvements by adopting advanced technological solutions, specifically focusing on business and technical innovations, API-driven architectures, cloud-based solutions.
- Design end-to-end processes for financial systems, creating detailed flow diagrams, decision trees, and comprehensive technical specifications.
- Partner closely with development teams to clearly communicate specifications, ensuring accurate and efficient implementation, while actively participating in development cycles and monitoring project progress.
- Establish test plans and lead test processes to ensure systems functionality according to established requirements and standards.
- Provide ongoing support and expert consultation to internal teams and external clients, ensuring system enhancements and continuous optimization.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in analyzing complex systems – Must
- Experience in analyzing financial/banking systems – Must.
- Knowledge and experience working with databases, and API.
- Experience in analyzing systems in an agile environment and working with JIRA tools.
- Experience and knowledge in planning and managing Gantt boards according to project milestones.
- Experience in writing complex documents in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and ability to motivate stakeholders in matrix management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Hebrew and English
