- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including user access, security settings, and application management.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems running Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Provide system support for local area networks (LAN) and manage related infrastructure.
- Maintain IT hardware, software, and service inventory across the organization.
- Manage internal help desk operations and coordinate with external IT service providers as needed.
- Support cloud-based business applications (e.g., CRM, ERP, MES) in collaboration with stakeholders.
- FabOps alpha testing, issue reporting, and user coordination
- Assist with server and infrastructure configuration to support enterprise operations.
- Ensure consistent system performance and contribute to ongoing maintenance and improvement efforts.
- 2+ years of experience in IT systems support or administration.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and desktop environments.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DELL hardware, and HP/Cisco networking equipment.
- Proficiency in documentation using tools such as PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and Excel.
- Strong communication skills with a customer service mindset.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Cisco CCNA, CompTIA, or ITIL Foundation certification.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Microsoft Desktop Associate certification.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and backup/disaster recovery solutions.
