Keep the lights on, the slots spinning, and the servers humming- we need a Systems Administrator who thrives where downtime isn't an option! Tier 1 support, with potential for responsibility and skills growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with tier 2 and 3 support to resolve computer related issues. Assists in maintaining networked systems and services and ensures service levels are sustained between 7 Cedars Resorts properties and its users.
System installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and administration are the core functions of this position. The successful candidate will manage systems and provide appropriate support to resolve identified problems, capture systems requirements, and follow through on change requests.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Core technologies supported: Microsoft Office, Windows, Linux, VMware, and Cisco.
- Provide support to 7 Cedars Resort end users and properties.
- Perform problem resolution and provide on-call support for computer/network systems.
- Administer and non-gaming systems, networking and cabling.
- Collaborate with other departments, organizations, and IT staff for task resolution.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Follow all policies and procedures.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in areas indicated by law and organizational policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must follow all safety rules and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- One to three years of professional information technology experience or related field.
- Associate Degree in Computer Science or similar.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of computer networking systems and languages to include Linux, Windows, and VMware.
- Working knowledge of local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN), internetworking, e-mail systems, telecommunications and data communications.
