We are seeking a skilled Software Engineering Manager passionate about delivering exceptional software experiences and leading high-performing teams. As a key leader on the Digital Banking team, this individual will guide the development of features that enhance our clients’ customer experience, ensuring high-quality execution from concept through production. - Define product technology strategy and vision

Product Strategy, Vision, and Planning
- Partner with Product Managers to develop a technology-aligned product vision and roadmap
- Participate in PI planning and agile ceremonies to provide technical insights for prioritization and delivery

Product Design and Development

- Expertise in Scaled Agile (e.g., SAFe), Scrum, Lean quality, and test automation methodologies
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java), cloud technologies, and tools such as Jira
- Strategic technical thinker capable of developing and communicating a product-aligned technology roadmap
- Proven leadership skills to develop and manage cross-functional engineering teams
- Effective collaboration skills to support teams in problem-solving and decision-making
- Experience working with RTEs, STEs, and stakeholders to align and execute strategic themes
- Strong knowledge of continuous delivery and agile at scale practices
- Ability to serve as an Agile coach and advisor, promoting a self-directed and accountable team culture
