SVP Marketing

LetsGetChecked is actively seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President (SVP) of Marketing to join our innovative and rapidly growing health technology company. This leadership role will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing our marketing strategy across the US healthcare space and international markets, emphasizing both brand development and performance-based acquisition channels.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, define, hire, and retain a high-performing marketing function, including corporate, enterprise, and performance marketing teams.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the marketing organization.

Strategic Marketing Objectives:

  • Design comprehensive marketing objectives for acquisition and retention, encompassing brand development, performance channels, and CRM strategies to drive efficient revenue growth.
  • Cascade marketing objectives into key performance indicators (KPIs) for teams and individuals, managing reporting and performance with a data-driven approach.

Brand Management:

  • Own the brand voice, define and enforce brand and style guidelines, and set creative strategy.
  • Ensure clear and powerful messages about our products, brand, and value proposition tailored for different B2C and B2B segments.

B2B Sales Support and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the B2B sales team, providing marketing collateral and engaging in co-marketing efforts with partners to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Coordinate marketing programs for B2B demand creation and lead generation, handing off leads to sales teams for B2B.

Product Integration and Content Strategy:

  • Work closely with the product team to reflect brand values in all digital assets, including the website and app.
  • Define and execute content marketing strategy, collaborating with the product team to deploy it across digital assets.

Retention and Reactivation Strategies:

  • Develop and execute retention and reactivation strategies in collaboration with the client success team to improve cross-selling, up-selling, and drive customer lifetime value.

Media Planning and Budget Management:

  • Define the media mix and plan, tightly managing a substantial offline and online media budget to achieve ambitious B2B and D2C growth targets.
  • Optimize media spend to deliver efficient cost-per-acquisition (CPA) while maximizing results.

Adtech and Martech Implementation:

  • Define and implement the adtech and marketing tech stack, selecting tools and automation to drive efficiencies in marketing operations.

Market Research and Product Refinement:

  • Utilize market and competitive research to segment and define target markets.
  • Refine and improve the product value proposition based on market insights.

Qualifications:

  • Previous SVP or VP of Marketing experience with a minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, encompassing both brand and performance marketing, with a strong focus on digital and healthcare for both B2B and D2C.
  • Proven experience leading growth and brand strategies within the US healthcare space.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, collaborating across functions and adapting to a rapidly growing organization.
  • Management and leadership experience, including managing large diverse teams across cultures and locations and influencing stakeholders.
  • Healthcare and tech marketing experience is required.
  • Experience working with or for creative and media buying agencies is a positive.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of effectively communicating complex marketing strategies and business outcomes to executive boards.
