Ensure that all revenue is fully invoiced accurately and on time according to each client’s requirements. This enables the Corporation to plan and determine the sustainability and profitability of the business.
General Responsibilities:- MPS invoicing in SAP (includes processing invoices, credit notes, and re-invoicing).
- Full follow-up of the invoicing process in KOFAX.
- Ensure that all revenue is completely invoiced on time and in accordance with each client.
- Processing of purchase orders.
- Handling of courier/messenger services.

Responsible for managing internal purchases, restocking materials, and uniforms for on-site engineers. Searching for and registering suppliers. Preparing and tracking purchase orders.
Responsible for managing printing equipment sales. Tracking and delivering customer orders.
Monthly management and tracking of services performed by service centers for payment and billing.
