Sustainable Development Division (SDD) Internship

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

We are seeking Summer 2025 co-ops to work in our Sustainable Development Division (SDD) at our Headquarters located in Plano, TX (near Dallas). Willingness and ability to travel (within the United States) if necessary are required for this position.

SDD is looking for self-driven, innovative students to join our organization in supporting Toyota’s North American Operations with continuous improvement efforts. This role interfaces with numerous departments throughout Toyota North America Headquarters as well as external stakeholders. If you have a passion for working with people, then we want to hear from you!

Interns will partner closely with non-profit organizations and leaders to support the Community Engagement department's objective to build the Toyota brand’s affinity with consumer groups and community partners and cultivating a best-in-class service through long-standing partnerships to ensure Toyota’s competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Who we’re looking for

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time, accredited Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration or similar technical field
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Have lawful unlimited authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Seeking sophomores and above with a cumulative GPA of 2.7 or higher
  • Must demonstrate a genuine interest in and willingness to work in the automotive / mobility industry post-graduation
  • Must have reliable transportation
