The Role:
- Reviewing survey questionnaires for quality, compliance, and best practices
- Accurately assessing the time required to program a questionnaire
- Programming surveys into survey platforms like Qualtrics, Decipher
- Testing surveys to ensure all programming instructions, logic, flow have been implemented
- Teaching, training, and mentoring new hires on programming and other technical skills
- Creating Charts, Dashboards will be considered as advantage
Personal Requirements:
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Position Requirements:
- University Degree (or last year student able to work on full time) in computer science or comparable (preferred) or alternatively in a quantitative field: Mathematics/Statistics/Information Systems/Sciences/Engineering or related subject area.
- English business fluency
- Academic or professional experience with a programming language is required. Python, Javascript is preferred.
- Experience with any survey programming software (for example, Qualtrics, Decipher, Confirmit etc..) will be considered as an advantage but not necessary.
