Who is Bond-Pro:
Bond-Pro is a 25+ year old software company and the leader in providing enterprise software to insurance companies to manage their specialty line of Surety Bonds.
This position is open only to candidates residing in Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas. Relocation support is not available.
This is a 1099 contract position. Conversion to f/t salaried employee is a possibility.
This is a 100% remote position.
The Role:
We are looking for an experienced administrative resource to support the growth and maintenance of our surety bond form library. Our surety bond form library is basically a collection of word processing form templates to be customized to fit a client’s specific needs.
The successful candidate will have strength in any of the major word processing software products (we use Adobe) and have great attention to detail.
This role will serve as a subject matter expert for:
- Our library of bond forms
- Tracking down the correct information for complicated bond forms
- Assisting our carrier clients prepare their bond configurations and forms
- Approving bond form library updates
In addition, this role will serve as a subject matter expert to help our clients design their products in their bond portals.
Who are our customers?
Insurance Carriers and Agencies. Our software empowers insurance agencies and insurance carriers from coast to coast in the United States and Canada.
Requirements for the position:
- Experience working in an administrative role.
- Strong word processing (preferably Adobe) skills
- Very detail oriented
- Strong work ethic
- Good team player who will mentor others
- Excellent communication skills
