- Lead the day-to-day operations of the STEPS program
- Supervise, coach, and support Employment Services Specialists
- Develop engaging daily activities and individualized goal plans
- Ensure quality services and person-centered supports
- Complete assessments and oversee required documentation
- Train and mentor new staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advocate for participants
- Provide hands-on support to participants when needed
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma/GED plus 2 years of related experience, or an Associate's Degree plus 1 year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to use it for work
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A passion for helping others succeed
