Integrated Life Choices is seeking a Supported Services Manager to work in supported services for individuals with developmental disabilities. We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in the central Colorado area. This position will be responsible for providing day-to-day opportunities which support and guide individuals in achieving personal goals for maximum living. This can involve modeling productive behavior as well as teaching life improving concepts and day-to-day functional skills to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Duties and Responsibilities include:

Assists with development of new plans and programs for individuals

Working direct support hours
-
Supervising and managing staff effectively, consistently, and fairly
-
Training current and new staff members
-
Working on-call rotations during weekends and holidays
-
Using Behavior Support Programs/Activities to guide day-to-day actions
-
Initiating programs and ensuring they are being followed, implemented and updated correctly for each individual.

Other duties as assigned
Supported Services Manager Requirements:

Must be a minimum of 19 years of age.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
-
MUST have two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Bachelor’s degree in a related human services field preferred.

CAPS Background Check

Criminal Background Check
-
DMV
Skills Required
