Support Specialist

Job Description
Seeking a Program Admin Specialist that will be based out of BAE System Modification facility located in Temple, TX. Within this role, you will work as part of the Operations team supporting day to day program activities which include monitoring budgets, hosting meetings/ presentations, updating the project calendar, preparing reports, and processing per diem & invoices amongst other duties.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Associate of Science in Social work
• Associate of Science in Criminal Justice
• Secret clearance required
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills is required

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent plus 3 years or more related experience.
• Professional demeanor and work habits.
• Independence and initiative - by working with some degree of independence in terms of scheduling, job duties, and taking initiative when seeing things that need to be done.
• Demonstrated application of judgment within standard operating guidelines. Use knowledge of company policies and department needs to determine the best course of action.
• Good communication skills by responding to routine and non-routine inquiries.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $54069 - $91917
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
