Primary Responsibilities
Receiving calls and visitors
Composing and typing of routine correspondence, including emails and faxes
Sending and receiving mail
Schedule or coordinate meetings, handouts, lunches, travel, etc.
Printing, binding, delivering of proposals (Regional or National Office)
Editing PowerPoint presentations
Attending meetings and taking minutes
Proofreading technical reports and documents for grammatical or numerical errors
Performing minor edits/format fixes of technical specifications and reports
Inputting timesheet and expense reports
Assist in special projects as needed
Other duties as assigned
3+ years' experience in administrative support role
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic clerical skills including basic computer and keyboarding skills intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
Interpersonal and communication skills including proficiency in English spelling and grammar
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the AEC industry
Associate degree in administration or other related field
