We are looking for a Subscriptions Renewal Specialist who will be responsible for enabling a smooth and successful continuance of AudioCodes Subscription Services (SAAS). We are looking for someone who is responsible, attentive to details and service oriented. In this role, you will be required to generate reports, follow-up on opportunities, quotations and handle any resulting queries from customers and sales regarding their subscriptions.
Responsibilities:
- Generate Renewal quotes to customer, partners and sales prior expiration proactively (and re-actively) to increase renewal rates and business growth.
- Follow up on potential renewals with sales, partners and other functions in the organization.
- Provide information/ reports to sales and partners to support the renewal sales process
- Update renewal database with status and data based on quotes issued, opportunities and feedback from sales/ customers/ Services.
- Enter renewal PO’s into the ERP system ones arrive.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years experience in renewals, sales-operation, business operations or similar roles - Must
- Excellent English both verbal and written- Must
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including excel
- Experience working with CRM and ERP systems (Sales Force/ Oracle- advantage)
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Detail-oriented, ability to quickly learn, adapt and acquire new processes
- Good teamwork skills with ability to also work independently in a fast-paced work environment
Skills Required
