About the QA Team 

Our QA Team provides QA engineers across engineering teams to ensure our clients are not experiencing issues while using our product. We are focusing on building a strong test plan and evaluating tickets coming from Customer Support.

We have QAs focusing on the Front-end and Back-end parts of our product, as well as team focusing on test Automation.

The culture of the team focuses on the growth of both hard and soft skills.

What You’ll Do Here
  • Monitoring of escalated support requests queue and keep open tickets on a low level.
  • Participate in daily triage meetings to prioritize the customer requests.
  • Own the QA work and process within the team to deliver the committed work.
  • Participate in research on the Social Network API’s and document it.
  • Learn how to write and maintain the automated tests; maintain the e2e tests to frequently check with the devs if everything in the infrastructure is running correctly.
  • Continuously propose and implement better practices within the team and teach the new solutions to the rest of the organization.
  • Monitor and maintain the questions coming from other teams, chase and solve the requests coming from our support team to give clear answers to our clients on how our product works.
  • Basically, you can expect a mixture of QA, Support Engineer, and Developer roles
What You’ll Bring to Us
  • You have very good English.
  • You’re careful with your work and detail-oriented.
  • You’re good at communication. You can translate technical information into terms that non-technical people can understand.
  • You have an interest in backend automation, data structures, databases, frameworks, and QA work practices.
  • You have basic knowledge of at least 1 programming language (Ideally JavaScript or Typescript)
  • You have knowledge of monitoring systems (i.e. Kibana, Grafana, AWS)
  • You have a minimum of one year of experience within a software development environment
  • You’re familiar with work management tools (i.e. Jira, TargetProcess, Asana)
  • You have basic knowledge of version control, ideally Git
  • You have experience with project management frameworks (i.e. Agile, Scrum, or Kanban)
  • 3+ years of experience as a software QA engineer is an advantage
