Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
· 5 + years of experience in Axiom development/production support.
· Ability to understand and architect Axiom solutions for production support activities.
· Flexible working in shifts, with at least 1 week of night shift in a month.
· Provide L1\L2 tier production support (oncall rotation) for Axiom jobs in production.
· Able to understand\write\troubleshoot shell scripts and sql (Oracle) for regular maintenance jobs to improve performance and uptime of Axiom platform.
• Collaborate internally and external sources to maintain SLA and provide escalations.
• Maintenance of the Axiom Reporting platform infrastructure (upgrades, patches, health monitoring). • Worked on Change Management Tools to track all the incidents and changes and to plan the production changes as per the change management policies.
• Undertake Incident, Change and Problem management activities within the scope of the team.
• Troubleshooting Axiom jobs and follow escalation procedures to resolve the issue.
• Collaborate and work with development team on L3 issues and follow the task to completion.
• Provide on call support for Axiom jobs (on rotation 24x7).
• Participate in change deployment releases
• Ensures adherence to bank and information systems policies and procedures, security measures and audit standards.
• Able to understand process quickly and apply in day-to-day activities.
• Team player and mentor junior support engineers.
Contributing Responsibilities
- Experience on Service now/Version Control/Autosys Monitoring tools with proven ability on improving operational efficiency measuring KPI and identifying RCA and providing long term solutions to improve operational standards.
- Responsible for the support and maintenance of Financial Regulatory (Fin.Reg.) Reporting application, Axiom, and its allied infrastructure and responsible for the data quality and distribution of all the Fin.Reg. reports that are sent on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis.
- Participate in change deployment calls and releases
- Ability to handle day-to-day support activities and productions migrations.
· Identify the manual task and create automation plan
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
• Expert level knowledge on Axiom, Oracle, SQL, Scheduler, UNIX/Linux scripting.
• Good team player and ability to work on own initiatives with minimal direction
• Good analytical, problem solving and documentation skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills, together with the ability to communicate with management and other business and technical groups
Specific Qualifications:
5 + years of experience on Axiom support on v10/v11 environment.
5 + Years of experience in SQL and PLSQL
5 + Years of experience in Unix scripting
Experience in Monitoring tools (Dynatrace, etc) and Service Now
