The Supply Planning Analyst is responsible for playing a crucial role in managing the logistics and documentation involved in foreign trade, ensuring a smooth flow of goods and compliance with customs regulations. The role requires close collaboration with customer service, commercial, services, and finance departments, monitoring stock levels, planning materials, maintaining safety stock, and controlling costs.

This position reports to the Operations LATAM Leader and is part of the Supply Chain and Customer Service Team located in São Paulo. It will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

• Manage the import and export processes following regulations/compliance by coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs broker, domestic carrier and other relevant parties to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods

• Prepare and review shipping and customs documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, air waybill, and customs declarations

• Perform SLA´s/ KPI´s and general metrics

• Management of backlog items, monitoring stock levels, fulfilling orders, safety stock, meeting OTD metrics, and providing accurate forecast

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/foreign Trade/Logistics

• 2 years’ experience of supply planning, import/export, operational logistics, customs expertise and international shipping procedures.

• Proficient in using import-export software and tools, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and ERP System

• Intermediate to Advanced English skills

It would be a plus if you have:

• Intermediate to Advanced Spanish skills
