About Maddox + You:
Your focus will be on managing the supply chain for Maddox. This will ensure we have the equipment necessary to best supply the needs of our customers. You are an individual that is comfortable working with spreadsheets like Excel and/or Google Sheets. Another central point of this role is making our organization easy to do business with. We aim to provide solutions for our direct customers, internal stakeholders, as well as to our suppliers. You will be an integral part of this through your can-do attitude, creative approach, and passion for problem solving. The best fit in this role will take ownership of the task, while maintaining a collaborative spirit, knowing when to ask for help.

More about You:
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- The ability to juggle a list of rapidly changing priorities, while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Proficient with basic computer software (Excel, Word, Email, etc.)
- The ability to create, read, and understand various types of visual reports and dashboards, with proficiency in identifying meaningful trends, statistical outliers, etc.
- Must be thoroughly acquainted with spreadsheet formulas (i.e. IF, VLOOKUP, CONCATENATE), pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting, data import and management, slicers, data protection, graphs, etc. If spreadsheets scare you, or you are “not great with computers”, you are not a fit for this role.
- Exceptional communication etiquette and skills (both written and verbal)—primarily via email, Slack, and telephone. Also, occasional public presentations in small group settings.
- Knowledgeable on at least one Business Intelligence (BI) software package, such as Microsoft Power BI, as these are utilized daily by the Maddox Vendor Operations Team.
Basics
- Full-time. Schedule is generally 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Experience & Education:
An exceptional candidate will possess A combination of appropriate education and/or professional experience in a national/global Supply Chain setting. Purchasing or accounting experience is also quite useful in this role.
APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
Basic understanding of logistics flows and processes.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures—especially if you’re in the industrial/electrical sector.
We value skills and experience, but we’re also willing to invest in training a select number of promising early-career candidates with the right combination of drive and ambition.
Pay: Starting range with bonus: $63k-$88k. DOE
Plus up to $1k/month wellness stipend and other benefits.
