What You Will Do
- Handle the planning and ordering end to end process between demand and supply.
- Closely flow up the delivery and ensure the order fulfillment.
- Drive to settle the logistics issue during the delivery.
- Communicate with supply partners to prioritize and meet our supply lead time requirement.
- Communicate with the worldwide regional teams to meet their requirement.
- Track and push supplier performance improvement.
- Coordinate with the cross-function teams to meet their requirement
- Data collection and report generation to support analysis.
- Maintain Supply Chain Planning standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WIs)
- Proactively support Supply Chain activities and projects.
- Work closely with NPI team to support NPI projects
What You Need to Be Successful
- 5 years’ work experience with minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain or purchasing area
- Strong communication skill
- Knowledge of planning and ordering process
- Good at data analysis
- Good knowledge in SAP system and desk-top software
- Good command of English
- Results driven with team work
- Customer focus orientation
- Self-awareness and willing to learn
