IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As our Supply Planner, you will coordinate goods movement and production scheduling with the manufacturing plant, ensuring timely and efficient execution of production plans.

You will actively convert production schedules into process orders and support monthly closings and inventory checks.

Additionally, you'll embrace a pioneering spirit, exploring new methods and tools to contribute to our values and mission.

Your key responsibilities will be:

a)      Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility

SHE & Security

To comply with Envalior SHE requirements and Local legislations.

Manufex (SAP related)

  • Responsible for capacity planning analysis and capacity availability check, coordination of line mission changes to optimize capacity allocation if necessary.
  • Responsible for the master production schedule, based on the agreed upon S&OP meeting decision which is made with communication during SCM, Souring, Manufacture and Financial teams.
  • Responsible for the monitoring the Daily Production Planning compared to the Master Production Schedule, in consultation with manufacture teams.
  • Responsible for reporting important deviations between the Master Production Schedule and the S&OP in consultation with the SCM managers.
  • Responsible for monthly inventory control in consultation with SCM managers.
  • Responsible for the detailed production scheduling based on the Master Production Schedule, and considering the Material Requirement Planning and Capacity Requirement Planning.
  • Responsible for communicating the detailed production schedule to the Production engineers.
  • Responsible for timely resolving short-term production planning problems, in consultation with related SCM manager.
  • Responsible for checking production readiness and material availability to enable the execution of the detailed production schedule, and for initiating related actions if necessary.
  • Responsible for preparing production/process orders aligned with the detailed production schedule and based on the approved Bill of Materials.
  • Responsible for the timely handover of production process orders and related instructions to the production engineers.
  • Responsible for coordinating related teams: Manufacture/SCM/OTC to work out solution when interruptions happen in productions to satisfy customer demand.
  • Responsible for initiating and registering call-off orders on authorized volume contracts, based on scheduled material requirements.
  • Responsible for call-off order administration.
  • Responsible for monitoring outstanding call-off orders.
  • Responsible for Re-handling job in urgent requirements, such as repack, re-pallet- re-check, etc.
  • Responsible for Backorder processing, communicate with Commercial Assistants.

Manufex (Non SAP related):

(1).  Reduce the Blocked/Obsolete/Rework materials.

(2).  Update production schedule daily.

(3).  Support customer special sampling request

(4).  Consolidate materials supplier complaint issues outside VRM/system and assist on communication between TYN and suppliers.

Quality

Comply with Envalior policy on Quality and implement Quality Management System, and report to management on any non-compliance cases observed.

Accountable for the continuous improvement of Quality Performance


Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or above, specialized in engineering, supply chain or relevant.
  • Extensive knowledge in Operation management including forecast, capacity, inventory planning etc
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Personnel Management, and good communication skills e.g. English.
  • At least 3 years experiences in SCM or procurement area
  • ERP (SAP) knowledge and MRP running experiences.
  • Planning experience, including raw material and production planning and inventory management.
  • Urgent events handling, such as markets demand fluctuating sharply, raw material supplying chain failed in short term.
