Here at waterdrop®, we make drinking more water fun, convenient and most importantly, full of flavour! Discover the world of innovative and eco-friendly hydration solutions with our fruity little cubes – Microdrinks – that save up to 98% plastic compared to drinks in 500ml plastic bottles and help score one for the planet. * Our centrally-located headquarters offers a vibrant environment, featuring an on-site restaurant and gym, not to mention the opportunity to connect with prospective colleagues from all over the world. With a successful online presence, 40+ stores around the world, dedicated B2B partners and over 22,000+ retail and branded stores, we can’t wait to take this journey to the next level – with you!

As our Supply Planner, you turn demand plans into operational reality. You ensure the right stock, in the right place, at the right time - while carefully balancing availability, shelf life, and working capital. This is a hands-on execution role with real ownership. You will manage your portfolio end-to-end, work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, and actively contribute to strengthening our supply planning backbone in a fast-growing international scale-up.

Your responsibilities at waterdrop®:

  • Own the supply plan for your portfolio: Translate demand forecasts into actionable supply plans and maintain optimal stock levels across warehouses.

  • Manage Purchase Orders end-to-end: Create, adjust, and track POs based on forecast updates and business priorities. Proactively engage with suppliers to manage lead times, resolve delays, and prevent service risks.

  • Oversee inbound shipments and inventory health: Monitor inbound flows and stock levels while balancing availability with shelf-life requirements to avoid stockouts, excess, or write-offs.

  • Plan product launches and phase-outs: Ensure smooth supply execution during new product introductions and delistings in close collaboration with Demand Planning, Portfolio, Production, Order Management, and Commercial teams.

  • Identify and mitigate supply risks: Spot potential risks early - whether related to capacity, lead time, or excess – and drive structured follow-up actions with stakeholders.

  • Track KPIs and improve processes: Analyse supply planning KPIs, root-cause recurring issues, and continuously improve planning processes and tools.

Your strengths and qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in supply planning, material planning, production planning, or S&OP.

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with planning systems and data.

  • Structured, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage complexity.

  • Hands-on mentality and high level of ownership.

  • Clear communicator who collaborates effectively across teams and suppliers.

  • Motivation to continuously improve processes and ways of working.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German is a plus.

What we offer you:

  • A high-achieving, international community of waterdrop® colleagues, located in a brand-new HQ in Vienna, Austria.

  • MyClubs sports vouchers, to have a sporty balance.

  • In-house fitness centre.

  • In-house company doctor & Instahelp vouchers.

  • In-house restaurant with subsidized healthy meals, for a break with your colleagues.

  • Discount on your waterdrop purchases.

  • Coverage of your transportation card.

  • Legendary summer and Christmas parties!

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 55.000 gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
