We have an incredible opportunity available for a Supply Operations Manager to join our Supply team.
The key focus of this role is to define and execute MECCA’s replenishment strategy, driving inventory optimisation, store availability, and operational excellence across our growing network. This role manages a team of 5 and plays a critical part in elevating our supply chain planning capability and delivering best-in-class outcomes for our customers.
The Role You Could Play:
As Supply Operations Manager, you will own replenishment and lead the governance of demand and supply planning, driving best practice standards, performance, and continuous improvement across the business.
You will partner closely with the Head of Supply and cross-functional stakeholders to evolve planning processes, systems, and capabilities, ensuring alignment to commercial priorities and future growth.
On an ongoing basis, you will:
Define and execute replenishment and inventory strategies to optimise availability, efficiency, and working capital
Lead and influence stakeholders across Planning, Retail, DC, and Finance to deliver aligned inventory outcomes
Oversee end-to-end replenishment processes, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely stock flow
Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and operating models to enhance performance and scalability
Own and elevate inventory performance forums, bringing a holistic and commercially aligned perspective
Act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring systems and data enable effective decision making
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, building capability across planning, analytics, and operations
Support key business initiatives including new store openings, campaigns, and trade activity through robust planning and execution
This role has a strong focus on combining strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership, ensuring both immediate performance and long-term capability uplift.
What You Will Bring:
5+ years’ experience in supply chain, planning, or operations roles, ideally within Retail or FMCG
Strong experience in inventory management, replenishment, and supply chain systems
Advanced analytical capability, including Excel and SQL, with experience using BI tools (e.g. Tableau)
Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional stakeholders
Strong leadership capability with experience coaching and developing teams
A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify and implement process and system enhancements
High level of communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Tertiary qualification in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar (preferred but not essential)
