Supply Manager- Geo Expansion

The Supply Planning team is responsible for ensuring optimal inventory levels to support sales demands in SharkNinja's rapidly expanding EMEA business and beyond. As a Supply Planning Manager, you will play a key role in driving geographic expansion, managing new market entries, and capturing demand to ensure seamless supply. You will work closely with regional teams and North America to align supply plans, flagging potential risks to senior stakeholders and developing mitigation strategies. In this role, you will interface with Regional Commercial Planning, Sales, Operations, and the global supply planning function to deliver clear reporting on warehouse & inbound inventory, highlight risks and opportunities, and execute the necessary actions to meet business needs. You will lead the development of strategic projects and KPIs, with a focus on future readiness and supporting the integration of new markets into the business process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory & Demand Management: Oversee the visibility and management of inventory levels across regions, ensuring that demand capture in new markets is effectively monitored and integrated into the supply planning process. Provide actionable recommendations to improve stock health and ensure a seamless supply chain.
  • Geographic Expansion & New Market Integration: Play a critical role in expanding into new territories by ensuring supply chain processes are adapted to meet local market requirements. Collaborate with Commercial, Logistics, and Operations teams to manage and execute market entries, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal demand capture in emerging markets.
  • Supply Risk Management: Monitor and develop the Demand Inventory (DI) process, proactively flagging risks to senior stakeholders and devising plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions. Work closely with North American teams to ensure we can pull in supply as needed and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks associated with global market expansion.
  • Data & Reporting for New Markets: Establish and refine data and reporting mechanisms to track supply and demand in newly integrated markets. Ensure real-time visibility into stock performance, providing insights that drive decision-making for these markets and ensuring they align with broader business goals.
  • S&OP Process Support: Support the Regional and Country-level S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process, ensuring alignment of demand and supply forecasts for both existing and new markets. Ensure that supply chain strategies meet the evolving needs of expanding markets.
  • Performance Monitoring & Demand Alignment: Continuously monitor performance versus forecast for new territories, ensuring discrepancies are addressed swiftly to keep supply and demand aligned. Recommend adjustments to supply chain strategies based on performance insights to optimize outcomes in new regions.
  • KPI Development & Process Improvement: Lead the creation and refinement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that track the effectiveness of the supply planning process, especially in the context of new market integration and geographic expansion. Implement process improvements that ensure scalability and readiness for future growth.
  • Cross-Regional Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across global teams, including North America, to ensure alignment on supply planning strategies. Develop comprehensive risk mitigation strategies to support the growth of the business, particularly in expanding regions.

Exciting Opportunities You'll Get To Explore:

  • Geographic Expansion Leadership: Take ownership of the supply chain processes necessary to successfully integrate new markets and territories, ensuring that supply and demand align seamlessly as the business expands.
  • Risk Mitigation Planning: Collaborate with global teams, including North America, to develop and implement proactive strategies for mitigating supply risks, ensuring that the business is prepared to adapt to market changes.
  • KPI & Performance Enhancement: Drive the ongoing development and refinement of KPIs that reflect supply chain effectiveness and provide insights into the success of expansion strategies. Regularly review these metrics to drive continuous improvement in new and existing markets.
  • Process Optimization for New Markets: Play a key role in streamlining processes to support long-term business growth, focusing on the integration of new markets and territories into the business.
  • Strategic Market Integration: Support the seamless integration of new territories into the business, adapting processes, and ensuring that demand capture and supply operations run smoothly as part of geographic expansion efforts.

Attributes & Skills:

What We Do

SharkNinja redefines fast-paced. Bringing new, complex products to market in new categories every six months is not for the faint of heart. As a result, the talent that comprises our workforce is intelligent, committed, creative, and resilient no matter which department you call home. Everywhere you look here, you see the best of the best.

What makes SharkNinja unique is our method – almost a proprietary intensity – that is shared from top to bottom and produces incredible results. Ours is a winning team that creates the opportunity for anyone to be a winner. It’s a place where we can all (and are expected to) test, fail, learn, win, scale, and do it fast without ego. It’s not easy here by any stretch, but when you see that product that was just a sketch on a slide six months ago and is now on Amazon getting rave reviews, you can’t help but think, ‘Wow, look what we did together.’ If you like that feeling, then SharkNinja might be the place for you.

Why Work With Us

Whether your passion is engineering, designing, marketing, or developing, at SharkNinja you’ll find we’re all about people. We work together to create world-class products that delight our consumers. Building an admired consumer products problem solving engine is hard; we do it better than others by operating differently.
