We are seeking a visionary and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in driving growth and loyalty with the 100,000+ catering partners in the supply side of our marketplace. This important role will design transformative strategies that optimize engagement, foster adoption, and elevate overall performance for our partners.
As the Supply Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of our mission to unlock the full potential and long-term value of our partner network. Your strategic leadership will play a central role in strengthening performance, adoption, and loyalty with our top performing Catering Partners. You will work to elevate their onboarding experience, and nurture high performing, and engaged partners throughout their lifecycle. Your campaigns will help our partners capture higher bookings, gain exposure to high value customers and optimize their offering.

What You'll Do:

- Design system-wide and segmented communications to drive the right behaviors with each segment of our supply network. Envision strategy and create impactful and customized communication through channel marketing including email, webinars, content syndication, sponsored events, digital community and direct mail.
- Be an internal thought leader and ensure consistent and relevant communication across various channels to drive engagement. Understand the impact of cross functional initiatives and socialize campaign performances across the organization.
- Create and execute a testing and optimization roadmap. Use your merchandising expertise to help our partner network gain more exposure to customers, provide highly reliable experiences, and grow together.
- Bring insights, data, and partner success stories to life partnering with internal teams on thought leadership content, video production, enablement collateral, case studies, and testimonials.
What You Have:
- 5-7 years of leadership in marketing management, with a focus on driving strategic supply side growth, program adoption, retention, and cross sell/up sell in a dynamic marketplace environment.
- Exceptional data analytics skills, reporting, and CDP and CRM expertise (preferably Hubspot experience).
- Strategic marketer with a history of designing and executing successful campaigns including setting measurable goals, coordinating execution across teams, and measuring and reporting on results and impact on business.
- Demonstrated commitment to results-driven outcomes with a focus on driving profound engagement and generating increased bookings.
- Mastery of diverse channels: encompassing email, SMS, direct mail, ABM channels, webinar strategy & engagement, and high-impact user event programming.
- A collaborative leader with a propensity for inspiring and mobilizing cross-functional teams toward shared strategic objectives. Strong interpersonal and communication prowess, enabling you to establish and nurture robust internal & external relationships.
- Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
