This is fixed term contract until the end of December 2025 and it will involve some weekend working.

What you’ll be responsible for:
· Maintain accurate data records
· Assist in resolving any supply chain issues and escalate as needed
· Adhering to team SLA’s whilst maintaining accurate data processing and administration
· You will work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain
· Complete Daily/Weekly tasks in a timely manner
· Some Weekend working
· Perform other administrative tasks as required.

· Good organisational and analytical skills
· PC literate and confidence with Excel
· Enthusiastic with a professional approach to external contacts
· The confidence to communicate with people at all levels
· Great attention to detail
· Calm under pressure
· Knowledge of replenishment/merchandising process, stores or depots would be an advantage
· Can deal with all enquiries in a professional, timely manner at all levels of the business Be a team player but also be able to work on own initiative in a busy environment Flexibility to work when required is key
