Job Description
1. Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management
• Proceed daily order requests from Distributions and internal partners.
• Oversee logistics, inbound, outbound, distribution, storage, labeling to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and reconciliations.
• Monitor warehouse processes to optimize space, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
• Manage monthly in-out billing, ensuring accurate documentation and timely invoicing.
• Build and maintain product master data file.
• Track and analyze supply chain data to maintain internal data also identify areas for improvement.
2. Vendor sourcing and Procurement Operation
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, service efficiency, and long-term collaboration.
• Conduct market research to explore new sourcing opportunities and optimize supply chain processes.
• Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, ensuring timely and accurate procurement of goods and services.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align procurement strategies with business needs.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations.
Background requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, or inventory control.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inbound & outbound logistics, and inventory management..
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management systems and Excel for data analysis.
