Supply Chain Specialist, In-Office, $60,000 annually

Job Duties / Essential Functions:

• Maintains quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company’s efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement.
• Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day logistics operations.

• Ensures that resources to meet the staff expectations are executed on, resource utilization are monitored and evaluated for effectiveness and optimal results
• Facilitates communication and flow of information between and among locations, with leadership, and other areas of the organization.
• Analyzes and interprets performance data for use in decision making and process improvement efforts.
• Manages vendor relationships to ensure service delivery and profitability.
• Manages company fleet inventory and maintains operability and accountability of all assets assigned

• Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills / Qualifications:

• Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• One year of Supply Chain experience or relevant education preferred 
• Superior managerial and diplomacy skills.
• Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Must pass a comprehensive background investigation, urinalysis screening
