- Primary Job Functions
- Manage all materials from PO placement to destination (stock business and customer direct business).
- Work as customer window for customer direct business (called as “Indent business”).
- Work with Global Demand Planner, production site & local customer service, 3PL warehouse, forwarder, Sales and QA/RA.
- Inventory Management for stock business (called as “Ex-stock business”).
- Return management
- Report to Japan supply chain head.
- Secondary Job Function
- Work as GMP member of EUROAPI Japan.
- Primary Responsibilities
- Stock business (=Ex-stock business)
- Forecast entry into system and work with Global Demand planners.
- Creating PO based on Sales’ Forecast.
- Following up with Demand Planner and Site Customer service on Order Confirmation and control Delivery schedule.
- Import management with forwarder.
- Delivery management with 3PL Warehouse.
- Trouble shooting with QA and Sales.
- Return / scrap management.
- Customer Direct business (=Indent business)
- Other Responsibilities
- In case that Supply Chain head is out of office, he / she supports his role.
- After GMP training, he / she becomes GMP member and task is assigned.

- Requirements
- Japanese
- University degree or above
- Business level English
- Experienced in procurement in global company
- Experienced in Import (custom clearance)
- Understanding of supply chain business process and ERP
- MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- GMP and GDP knowledge preferrable
- SAP knowledge preferrable
