JOB DESCRIPTION :-

Role Summary: -

We’re looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planning Solution Architects and Senior Consultants to drive innovation and efficiency for customers across industries. This role involves working on industry-leading tools (SAP IBP, o9, Kinaxis) and collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance supply chain capabilities.

Educational Qualifications:

• Strong educational background from reputed engineering and management schools

What We’re Looking For:

12+ years of experience in large-scale supply chain programs.

Strong background in ERP & SCM platforms (Kinaxis/o9 etc.).

Hands-on expertise in supply chain transformation on these platforms

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience in planning transformation programs in CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, Pharma

Works independently on complex processes and modules that may be used by one or more programs or systems.

Strong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously.

Good influencing and persuasion skills with the ability to enthuse and inspire multidisciplinary teams and build successful relationships at all levels.

Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.

Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues

Kindly note that we are working in a Hybrid Mode with base location in Bengaluru, Karnataka, this is not a remote role.

Skills Required

12+ years of experience in large-scale supply chain programs
Strong background in ERP and SCM platforms, including Kinaxis or o9
Hands-on expertise in supply chain transformation using these platforms
Experience planning transformation programs in CPG, retail, manufacturing, or pharma
Strong educational background from reputed engineering and management schools
Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage complex processes and multiple workstreams independently
