Description

The Supply Chain Project Manager at Hyper Solutions leads cross-functional supply chain initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring projects related to sourcing, supplier performance, inventory optimization, ERP enhancements, logistics, and operational scalability are delivered on time and aligned with the company’s growth strategy.

This role serves as a critical bridge between Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and external suppliers—driving structure, accountability, and visibility across complex manufacturing and infrastructure programs. The ideal candidate brings strong project leadership, deep supply chain acumen, and a continuous improvement mindset to help build scalable systems that support Hyper’s rapid growth.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain projects including supplier onboarding, capacity expansion, inventory strategy, logistics optimization, ERP enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
  • Drive project governance, status reporting, escalation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Partner with Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management on new supplier introductions, contract implementations, and on-time delivery improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with domestic and international suppliers on production readiness, lead times, and capacity planning.
  • Serve as project lead for NetSuite-related supply chain initiatives, including workflow enhancements, inventory and demand planning improvements, and KPI standardization.
  • Align cross-functional execution across Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Logistics, and Field Services.
  • Establish and track performance metrics (OTD, inventory turns, days on hand, supplier performance).

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support mitigation planning for supply risk, shortages, and quality issues.
  • Develop SOPs, playbooks, and project templates to improve repeatability and scalability.
  • Facilitate project reviews, decision forums, and post-implementation retrospectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and process standardization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing project management.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional projects in fast-growing or complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of procurement, supplier management, inventory planning, logistics, and manufacturing or infrastructure supply chains.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred).
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in electrical infrastructure, data center, industrial manufacturing, or engineered-to-order environments.
  • Familiarity with supplier contracts, MSAs, and performance metrics.
  • Experience supporting international suppliers and global logistics.
  • PMP, CPIM, CSCP, or similar certification a plus.
