The Supply Chain Project Manager - Order to Cash (O2C) Integration is responsible for providing program management leadership for cross-functional strategic projects, including mergers and acquisitions (MandA) and any other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system integration and enhancement projects.

This position reports to the Director, Strategic Programs and is part of the Strategic Operations Office located in Amersham, UK, and will be an on-site role. Portsmouth and Cardiff are other possible work locations in the UK.

What you will do:

• Lead and execute the key strategic projects (range of cross-functional, cross-Business Unit, cross-Operating Company). Where required, scope could include Transitions, PPG (product portfolio growth), DBS (Danaher Business System) kaizens, post-M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) integrations.

  •  Use DBS tools to conduct end-to-end process and system mapping to drive strategic alignment to Cytiva global processes, systems and tools, and deliver simplification, process and business improvements, driving innovation where needed

  •  Support early assessment of appropriate ERP strategy (SAP/Oracle, Sales & Distribution Models, System Integration Scope). Requires cross-functional co-ordination with impacted stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

• Participate in Business Development due diligence to perform risk assessments, and drive efficiency and compliance of Global Supply Chain (GSC) systems and process standardization

• Collect, Prioritize and Provide qualitative and quantitative input to the GSC Strategic Roadmap i.e strategic investment required, program cost, timeline, cost/benefit, payback, NPV

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s Degree in role-relevant subject or equivalent academic achievement, with 5 years program/ project management experience in Supply Chain or Operations, or minimum 10 years’ related experience

• Proven understanding of global business processes for Supply chain and how they are supported by IT solutions

• Effective communicator with ability to influence and collaborate at executive level across functions and businesses and develop strategies to drive stakeholder engagement.

• Comfortable with ambiguity; able to flex approach and adjust to changing situations

• Significant experience of ERP systems such as Oracle and/or SAP

• Experience of working in a lean manufacturing environment

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record and Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

• Able to travel internationally (depending on project, up to 70%)

• Prefer applicant to have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Leading complex Integration work streams

• Knowledge and experience of Project Management tools, such as Prince 2, PMI

• Certified Practitioner (DBS) in PSP (Problem Solving Process) or TPI (Transactional Process Improvement) or Change Management, or Lean Six Sigma Certified

• Fluency in a language other than English
