About the Role
As the Supply Chain Planning Lead at Taager, you will be responsible for leading regional inventory and demand planning. You will lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across Egypt, KSA, and the UAE, ensuring alignment between demand and supply.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and lead the monthly regional S&OP cycle
- Align Commercial, Growth, and Logistics teams on demand and supply planning
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of supply chain planners
- Develop forecasting models considering seasonality, marketing trends, and expansion plans
- Define safety stock levels, reorder points, and lead-time strategies across fulfillment centers
- Partner with Commercial teams on product launches and campaigns
- Collaborate with Warehouse Managers to align capacity with inbound planning
- Leverage tools such as Oracle, Snowflake, and Metabase to support planning
- Monitor supplier performance and inbound reliability
- Mitigate supply chain risks
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, or S&OP
- At least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role
- Experience in E-commerce, FMCG, or Retail is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- APICS certification (CPIM/CSCP) is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and experience with ERP systems
- Experience with SQL, Python, or planning tools is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
