職務概要
日本国内で生産された製品をグローバルに供給するためのサプライチェーン計画を担います。
グローバルの需要計画を基に、生産・供給計画へ落とし込み、関係部署との連携を通じて、サービスレベル、在庫、コストの最適化を実現します。
主な業務内容
グローバル需要予測に基づき、設備能力・リードタイム・在庫目標を考慮した生産・供給計画を策定する
グローバル需給担当、国内生産部門、倉庫・物流パートナーと連携し、需給バランスを踏まえた輸出供給の安定運営を主体的に推進する
SAPを用いた各種オーダーの作成・実行管理を行い、納期遵守を確保する
在庫、バックオーダー、サービスレベルをモニタリングし、需給ギャップや供給リスクを特定し、先手で対応する
コスト・在庫・サービスの観点でサプライチェーンパフォーマンスを分析し、意思決定および継続的改善に貢献する
応募要件
必須要件
サプライチェーン計画、生産計画、または関連業務における実務経験（5年以上）
製造業における需給計画および実行管理の経験
ERP（SAP等）およびExcelを用いたデータ分析スキル
日本語力（ネイティブレベル）
英語力（グローバルメンバーとの会議・メール・資料作成を通じた業務遂行が可能なレベル）
クロスファンクショナルな環境において、需給計画から実行までを主体的に推進できる能力
業務で活かせる経験（歓迎要件）：
輸出入業務またはグローバル需給調整の経験
S&OP／統合計画の経験
外資系企業での業務経験

Skills Required
- 5+ years practical experience in supply chain planning, production planning, or related roles
- Experience in demand and supply planning and execution management in manufacturing
- ERP (e.g., SAP) and Excel data analysis skills
- Native-level Japanese language ability
- English ability sufficient for meetings, emails, and documentation with global teams
- Ability to proactively drive end-to-end planning to execution in a cross-functional environment
- Experience with export/import operations or global supply coordination
- Experience with S&OP / integrated planning
- Experience working in foreign-capital (multinational) companies
