We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The individual in this role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and timely flow of materials and products throughout our Ohio plant.

General Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
- Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process for the plant, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as production, sales, and finance, to understand their supply chain needs and ensure timely delivery of materials and products
- Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality materials
- Maintain strong relationships with OEM customers
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics and make continuous improvements to drive efficiency and reduce costs
- Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to minimize their impact on operations
- Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success and growth
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and implement innovative solutions to improve processes and increase productivity
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards in regards to supply chain operations
