- Build strategic supplier relationships while driving performance through business reviews, scorecards, audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure suppliers have adequate capacity to support forecasted demand throughout the product lifecycle, from New Product Development (NPD) through End of Life (EOL).
- Develop sourcing agreements that align commercial requirements, capacity planning, cost objectives, and flow-down requirements.
- Drive inventory optimization through Demand Driven MRP (DDMRP), Kanban, supplier replenishment programs, and ERP planning strategies.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through dual sourcing, supplier development, and proactive capacity planning.
- Travel approximately 10% domestically and internationally.
Supply Chain Project Management
- Lead strategic supply chain initiatives that improve operational performance, supply continuity, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify, prioritize, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the global supply chain.
- Lead dual sourcing, localization, and regionalization efforts to strengthen supply resilience and reduce business risk.
- Drive resolution of complex supply chain challenges, including supplier constraints, quality issues, material shortages, yield concerns, and manufacturing bottlenecks.
- Support cross-functional initiatives that improve delivery performance, cost, inventory, and operational efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Leadership
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and operational goals.
- Build collaborative relationships across Engineering, Operations, Planning, Quality, Procurement, and key suppliers.
- Proactively identify, communicate, and escalate risks while driving timely root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Foster accountability, transparency, and a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
Key Metrics
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD)
- Material Availability
- Lead Time Reduction
- Cost Reduction / Cost Avoidance
- Supplier Quality Performance
- Dual Source Qualification
- Product Gross Margin Improvement
- Supply Chain Risk Mitigation
Skills

Ichor Systems, Inc. Insights
What We Do
We are a leader in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of critical fluid delivery subsystems and components for semiconductor capital equipment. Our product offerings include gas and chemical delivery systems and subsystems, collectively known as fluid delivery systems and subsystems, which are key elements of the process tools used in the manufacturing of semiconductor devices. Our gas delivery subsystems deliver, monitor, and control precise quantities of the specialized gases used in semiconductor manufacturing processes such as etch and deposition. Our chemical delivery systems and subsystems precisely blend and dispense the reactive liquid chemistries used in semiconductor manufacturing processes such as chemical-mechanical planarization, electroplating, and cleaning. We also provide precision-machined components, weldments, e‑beam and laser-welded components, precision vacuum and hydrogen brazing and surface treatment technologies, and other proprietary products. This vertically integrated portion of our business is primarily focused on metal and plastic parts that are used in gas and chemical systems, respectively. We are strategically located to provide the highest level of customer service and support from our program management, sales, engineering, and executive management teams. Ichor is headquartered in Fremont, California, and we have production facilities in California, Oregon, Texas, Nevada, Minnesota, Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, Mexico, and the UK, staffed by our 2000+ team members.
