We are currently seeking a skilled and results-oriented Supply Chain Manager W/M to join our team, covering the BNL, Germany & UK region.
The Supply Chain Manager North will be responsible for leading and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations for the BNL, German and UK markets, ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, and high service levels.
As a key member of the regional leadership team, the role will drive execution performance across sourcing, logistics, supplier management, and distribution activities while collaborating closely with global operational teams and the Supply Chain Excellence Center.

🎯 TASKS

Leadership Management

• Lead and develop the regional supply chain team, fostering a collaborative, performance-driven, and innovative working environment while supporting team development and engagement.

Supplier Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring reliable and efficient supply chain flows.

Brand & 3PL Negotiation

• Lead negotiations and integrations with brands and 3PL providers, securing favorable commercial and operational terms while strengthening long-term partnerships.

Operational Execution

• Ensure efficient end-to-end supply chain operations from supplier coordination to final delivery, guaranteeing optimal service levels and operational reliability.

Cost Management

• Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce supply chain costs while maintaining service quality and delivery performance.

Performance Metrics

• Define, monitor, and analyze supply chain KPIs to track operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Risk Management

• Proactively identify potential supply chain disruptions and develop mitigation plans to ensure business continuity.

Logistics and Distribution

• Collaborate closely with transportation internal teams, internal warehouses, and external dropshippers to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery across the different markets.

👉 MUST HAVE skills

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (+10 years) in Supply Chain management, operations, or production with strong execution capabilities.
• Strong leadership experience managing operational teams.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with proven experience negotiating with brands and 3PL providers.
• Demonstrated ability to manage both internal and external negotiations, building strong relationships with suppliers, brands, and internal stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of dropshipping operations and models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of logistics operations, distribution networks, and supply chain regulations.
• Fluency in English is required. Fluency in French,Dutch or German is a strong plus.
