Are you passionate about bringing ideas to life through seamless operations? MECCA-Maginations is looking for a proactive and strategic Supply Chain Manager to join our team on an 18-month fixed-term contract.
MECCA-MAGINATIONS, our in-house brand incubator and innovation engine, often referred to as the Living Lab of Beauty. This is where our beauty intel and know how takes shape, evolving into products and launch into the world. From MECCA COSMETICA to MECCA MAX and KIT, this team builds brands that don’t just sit pretty on shelves—they spark joy, disrupt categories, and set new standards.
In this pivotal role, you’ll lead all aspects of the supply chain — from demand planning and procurement to inventory control and production oversight. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure the smooth delivery of our innovative product pipeline, driving operational excellence and commercial agility to support MECCA’s continued growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead demand and supply planning across new and ongoing product ranges, ensuring optimal stock health and responsiveness.
Manage production schedules, procurement, and supplier performance across global networks.
Oversee inventory management, forecasting, and COGS reporting to support commercial and financial planning.
Partner cross-functionally with Product Development, Finance, and Brand teams to enable flawless product delivery.
Champion continuous improvement across supply chain processes and team performance.
What You Will Bring
Proven experience in supply chain or operations management within FMCG, manufacturing, or retail.
Exceptional planning and analytical skills, with the ability to balance detail and big-picture thinking.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to influence and collaborate effectively.
Experience leading cross-functional projects or teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
A passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and empowering others.
