Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business objectives and
improve efficiency across sourcing, procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution.
● Demand planning and forecasting, supply planning, process optimization.
● Collaborating with software developers to create supply chain tools and automations
● Monitor and forecast demand to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished
goods.
● Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, and sales teams to align production and
delivery schedules.
● Analyze supply chain performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve
cost, service, and quality.
● Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
● Utilize ERP and supply chain software for planning, tracking, and reporting purposes.
● Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes through lean principles and
continuous improvement methodologies.
Qualifications:
● Experience in managing demand planning and supply planning.
● Very good experience in supply chain management, preferably in sporting goods,
manufacturing.
● Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, ERP systems ( SAP, Oracle, NetSuite),
and logistics software.
● Strong knowledge and experience in demand planning and forecasting, supply
planning, process optimization and collaborating with software developers to create
supply chain tools and automations.
● Proven ability to manage budgets and lead cross-functional teams.
● Excellent English skills, both verbal and written.
● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
