About the Role

We are looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to join us on our journey to facilitate a digital revolution in the B2B supply chain.
The Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of supply chain and logistics management to support customer activity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Continuously identifies opportunities for technology and process improvement
  • Coordinate with Area Manager on a daily basis regarding driver demand and performance.
  • Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse teams to address any logistical related concerns.
  • Ensure the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments
  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions to daily logistical challenges
  • Resolve shipment issues, including delays or discrepancies, in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing logistic providers and future customers
  • Monitor KPIs related to logistics and propose improvements to enhance operation efficiency.
  • Manage and oversees the execution of day-to-day logistics operations
  • Collaborate with teams to improve logistic processes, reduce cost, and increase service quality.


Requirements:

  • Ability to work a flexible 12+ hour day including weekends and nights.
  • Proficiency in logistics and transportation management software (TMS, WMS, and ERP Systems)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and written to all levels within and outside of the organization, including drivers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Quick decision-making in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with DOT and FMCSA regulations.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as self-motivated in individual projects


Educational/Experience Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics operations
  • Bachelor's degree required
    • Preferably in: Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering management
  • Preferred: Candidates with Six Sigma Certification or PMP Certifications


Compensation: $60K - $75K
