Position Summary

The Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator supports end-to-end supply chain operations by coordinating customer order fulfillment, managing inventory transactions, facilitating shipping and receiving activities, and ensuring accurate material movement within company systems. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to support efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, and customer delivery requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Operations

  • Process shipment triggers and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support customer order fulfillment.
  • Prepare, submit, and track inventory-related transactions, including:
    • Material receipts into inventory.
    • Material issues and expense transactions.
    • Inventory transfers between locations and assigned storage locators.
  • Request and submit documentation required for manual shipment of finished goods to final destinations based on internal customer requirements.
  • Create, revise, and manage purchase orders (POs), ensuring timely approval and processing.
  • Support inventory control activities to maintain accurate inventory records and material traceability.

Shipping, Receiving & Logistics

  • Assist with incoming shipments by:
    • Receiving and signing for deliveries.
    • Unloading trucks using forklifts when required.
    • Notifying internal stakeholders of incoming deliveries.
    • Delivering packages and materials to requestors.
    • Processing receipts and transactions in Oracle.
  • Support outbound shipping activities, including shipment preparation, packaging, documentation, and shipment processing.
  • Coordinate transportation of materials and supplies between company facilities and offsite locations.
  • Monitor and maintain assigned inventory locations to support inventory accuracy, organization, and material availability.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and inventory management practices.

General Support

  • Provide flexible support across Supply Chain, Shipping, Receiving, and Logistics functions as business needs require.
  • Assist with departmental projects, process improvements, and special assignments.
  • Collaborate effectively with Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure uninterrupted material flow and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
  • Experience creating and managing purchase orders and inventory transactions.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment, including forklifts (or obtain certification if required).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a manufacturing, semiconductor, or technology-based environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory control practices and warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with domestic and international shipping processes and documentation.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring materials, inventory, and customer shipments are processed accurately and efficiently to support business operations and customer commitments.
