Eli Lilly Italia is looking for a candidate to join the Supply Chain department as part of an interesting extracurricular internship in the role of Supply Chain Intern.
The selected candidate, reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, will support the team in the following activities:
Collecting and consolidating monthly Supply Chain metrics related to external manufacturing.
Supporting data preparation for the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle.
Contributing to the digitalization and optimization of data collection processes using tools such as Power BI and SAP.
Updating and maintaining data in Power BI and/or SAP systems.
Supporting digitalization and process optimization initiatives within the department and in collaboration with the Global Supply Chain and other functions.
Supporting end-to-end (E2E) processes to ensure timely and complete data collection for internal and global Supply Chain reviews.
The intern will have the opportunity to work closely with Production, Procurement, and external manufacturing partners, actively participating in digital transformation and operational processes of the Supply Chain function.
Required qualifications:
Master’s degree (or ongoing studies) in Management Engineering or Economics-related disciplines.
Proficiency in English (B2/C1).
Strong command of Excel and eventually familiarity with Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
The internship includes a monthly reimbursement of €1300, with free access to the company canteen and bar.
